In a pot, over medium heat, melt butter.
Once butter is melted, pour in 10oz of Marshmallows and stir constantly until marshallows are fully melted and incorporated with the butter.
Place Peanut Butter in the pot, and stif until incorporated with the marshmallow mixture.
Pour Peanut Butter/ Marshmallow mixture over top of the Cheez-it's in a large bowl.
Finish mixing until all of the Cheez-it's are coated.
Place mixture into a 9″x9″ pan that is nonstick or lined with parchment paper and press down evenly over top. Making sure not to press down too much or the treats will become dense.
Let the treats set for at least 2 hours before cutting into desired size!
