
Hot Reuben Dip
Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
- 1/2 cup Thousand Island
- 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
- 2 tsp Horseradish Mustard
- 8 oz Swiss Cheese Shredded
- 12 oz Corned Beef Shredded
- 16 oz Sauerkraut drained
- Salt and Pepper To Taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350ยฐ. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, horseradish mustard and Russian dressing until combined. Then fold in Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
- Transfer dip to a small baking dish. Bake until golden and bubbly, 18 to 20 minutes.
- Garnish with Parsley(optional). Serve with crackers, Rye cocktail toasts or bagel chips.
