Hot Reuben Dip

Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese Softened
  • 1/2 cup Thousand Island
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Horseradish Mustard
  • 8 oz Swiss Cheese Shredded
  • 12 oz Corned Beef Shredded
  • 16 oz Sauerkraut drained
  • Salt and Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350ยฐ. In a medium bowl, stir together cream cheese, horseradish mustard and Russian dressing until combined. Then fold in Swiss cheese, sauerkraut, corned beef. Season with Salt and Pepper to taste.
  • Transfer dip to a small baking dish. Bake until golden and bubbly, 18 to 20 minutes.
  • Garnish with Parsley(optional). Serve with crackers, Rye cocktail toasts or bagel chips.
  • Bone Apple Teeth!
