
Lucky Charms Cookies
Ingredients
- 1 cup salted buter softened
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup Lucky Charms, ground up
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cups White chocoalte chips
- 1 Cup Mini Marshmallow from Lucky Charms Cereal
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375° F.
- Take approximately 1 cup of Lucky Charms cereal and grind it up in a food processor. If you dont have one, place cereal in a plastic zip lock bag and smash it with the flat side of a mallot until broken up into a dust. Make sure to measure after smashing, you will need 1/2 cup.
- Pick out 1 cup of Lucky Charms marshmallows from the cereal and set aside.
- Cream together the butter and sugars in either a large bowl with an electric hand mixer or with a stand mixer.
- Add the eggs one at a time, mixing until thoroughly incorporated.add the vanilla and mix well.
- Add the flour, 1/2 cup ground up lucky charms, baking soda and salt, mixing until a soft dough forms.
- Add in the White chocolate chips, mix until evenly distributed.
- Drop 1 tbsp rounds of dough on an ungreased cookie sheet.
- Place 4 of the lucky charms marshmallows on top of each cookie. If you make larger cookies, feel free to add more.
- Bake at 375° F for 7-9 minutes or until golden brown on the edges.
- Allow the cookies to cool on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire cooling rack to cool.
- Bone Apple Teeth!
